Build under Unix (Mac and Linux)
First, you must create a directory which will receive the MediaInfo directory, and ZenLib and MediaInfoLib if you decide to compile them yourself.
In this document, this directory will be referred as $BUILD_DIR.

Description
MediaInfo utility that provides detailed information for audio and video files as well. There are many video and audio formats so you get a help file to find out which codec you need to play them is required. Software MediaInfo tool is required in such situations can be analyzed all media formats and a full report of all the data files you want to offer. Basic information is provided by the software file name, playtime, file size and more professional information like codec requirements, bitrate, number of channels, besides quality and it will be presented. You can also export the data in a report.
